Floral Edit currently only delivers to the United Kingdom. All orders are sent via Royal mail and should arrive within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts regulations, you can return an item if you change your mind.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You simply need to notify Floral Edit if your wish to cancel your order within this time period – info@floraledit.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Floral Edit of your cancellation to return the goods. You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods. Please note that the order remains your responsibility until we receive it back. It is therefore advisable to use a tracked postal service.

If your goods are faulty, you will not have to pay to return the goods. After returning the goods, Floral Edit will refund you the cost of the goods. Your refund for the goods and standard delivery cost will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have 30 days from taking ownership of a product (this could be the date of purchase or the date it was delivered to you - whichever is later) to claim a refund if it is faulty. After this time, the Consumer Rights Act states that you have to give the retailer an opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund.

We check all goods before they are dispatched. However, if your goods arrive faulty, please contact info@floraledit.co.uk. Please include in the email a photograph. You can request either a refund or a replacement.
